It was established in 2022 by Amanda Amenze Olotu and registered in Nigeria as a Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
AMZEE CARE FOUNDATION was created to provide grants for initiatives that will support the strategic development of youths by scholarships , training opportunities for talented young people from our target communities, states and countries that will enable them to impact within their professional fields and ultimately bring benefits to others in their Communities, States or Country of origin.
We actively create and engage in community building programs through trainings on mediation, reconciliation , resilience skills and promotion of cultural values for both young and old.
We establish and administer scholarship funds, independently or in partnership with others as a tool for social equity and access to opportunities of Nigeria citizens both in Nigeria and in diaspora.
We provide and participate in initiatives that promote sense of pride in being Nigerian and African and to support positive African image through activities such as sports , that promote Nigerian and Africa cultural heritage.
